Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is subject to availability based on your location and order value.
  • A minimal service charge may apply for COD orders.
  • Customers are requested to prepare the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation

  • For COD orders, your order will be confirmed once placed and processed.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If your order is canceled or if a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
