At Zayro, we want you to love your shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refunds Policy makes the process simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (customize as per your choice).
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Certain products like personal care items, innerwear, or customized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact us at [Your Support Email/Number] with your order ID and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will arrange for pickup (where available) or ask you to ship the product back to our return address.
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
4. Exchanges
- We currently allow size or product exchanges (subject to stock availability).
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
